Manse Opus are on a roll this year and have been shortlisted for yet another award for their project at Prospero Ansty.
The project has been nominated for the Deal of the Year (over 250,000 sq ft) category for this year’s IAS Awards. The judges for the award are looking for a transaction that was either challenging or particularly rewarding for the occupier, fund, or developer, and so Prospero Ansty is in with a strong chance of winning. Manse Opus are developing the multi-million pound facility for Meggitt in the West Midlands. This major £130m project will provide a base for up to 1,000 employees and will serve as a hub for next-generation aerospace innovation and R&D.
The 490,000 sq ft facility is planned to be fully operational by the end of 2019. A timelapse video has been installed to show the progress of this exciting development.
