  • £5m-£60m lot sizes
  • Pan-UK, with a preference to be in North of England and Scotland
  • Sites with potential for speculative <250,000 sq ft logistics developments or refurbishments. This is likely to be 10-20 acres
  • Sites with or without planning
  • Sites located on the edge of major metropolitan areas / motorway junctions

RESIDENTIAL

  • £3m-£20m lot size
  • Pan-UK, with a preference to be in North of England and Scotland
  • Unconsented land with prospect of achieving consent in 1-3 years
  • Sites are allocated in the adopted or emerging local plans
  • Local Plan for residential use
  • Brownfield sites with a strong case for change of use
