LOGISTICS
- £5m-£60m lot sizes
- Pan-UK, with a preference to be in North of England and Scotland
- Sites with potential for speculative <250,000 sq ft logistics developments or refurbishments. This is likely to be 10-20 acres
- Sites with or without planning
- Sites located on the edge of major metropolitan areas / motorway junctions
RESIDENTIAL
- £3m-£20m lot size
- Pan-UK, with a preference to be in North of England and Scotland
- Unconsented land with prospect of achieving consent in 1-3 years
- Sites are allocated in the adopted or emerging local plans
- Local Plan for residential use
- Brownfield sites with a strong case for change of use
