Best Industrial Site on M8 by J Smart and Manse JV

A joint venture between J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC and Manse LLP has purchased a 10.5 acre site at McNeil Drive, Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire, to facilitate the development of 200,000 sq ft of new industrial accommodation with a Gross Development Value of c.£40 million.

The site is located just 20 minutes from Glasgow and benefits from an elevated position south of the new 6A junction on the M8, providing exceptional access and connectivity which is stronger than the original Eurocentral access.

The JV intends to develop two brand new industrial/distribution units of 80,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft respectively. The units will be built to the highest specification and will include eaves heights of 12.5 to 15m and 50m yard depths. The scheme has been designed with ESG principles in mind and will feature EV charging points, PV panels, LED lighting, energy monitoring systems, all whilst targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.

Colliers and CBRE are retained as letting agents.
