Project Details
- Manse, in partnership with Fiera Real Estate, acquired 125 acres of farmland on the outskirts of Ayr. The site, which was acquired in 2017 for £3.4 million, is prominently located adjacent to A77 trunk road.
- A new planning consent and provision of infrastructure was anticipated to allow the site to be sold on to residential developers.
- The site was sold in 2018 for £6m.
