Joint Venture Shopping Centre and Supermarket Development


Manse had a joint venture with Rockspring Property Investment Managers, on this 100,000 sq ft shopping centre.  Manse’s role was to asset and development manage the centre and the JV has pre let 90,000 sq ft of which 70,000 sq ft is to Wm Morrison Supermarkets, 13,500 sq ft to Home Bargains and 8,000 sq ft to Poundworld.  Site sold in December 2014 for circa £40 million.
