  • Land for residential use
  • Refurbishment of existing buildings
  • Lot size £5m-£20m

Asset Management

  • Distressed prime buildings that provide opportunities to add value i.e. vacancies, dilapidations, rent reviews or short term leases over a 3 year term
  • Multi tenanted buildings with opportunities for income growth
  • Distressed prime located buildings with a lot size of £5m-£100m
