Manse LLP, a privately-owned property company based in Edinburgh, is pleased to announce their latest acquisition in Irvine, North Ayrshire, a town located south west of Glasgow with a population of 40,000.
Manse has acquired a 101,622 sq.ft distribution warehouse located on 16.7 acres of land west of the town centre. The building is currently let to Amer sports for a further 6.5 years
The property sits adjacent to a new housing estate that is under construction and it is hoped that the site will provide alternative uses, once the current occupier leaves at the end of their lease.
